Gustavo was born and raised in, Argentina
He began his career in grains and pastures seeds as a trainee in Continental Grains Buenos Aires in 1988. He worked for Imperial Chemical Industries and Zeneca Agricola in the area of pesticides, seeds and grains for the Mercosur Region for 10 years.
Early in the year 2000, he moved to the U.S. and lived in the Bay Area for a while. He moved to Minnesota with his family to join the The Scoular Company; working for the International Proteins Corporation; the export arm of their business. During this period he developed various markets and countries by trading, exporting and importing different feed ingredients into South-East Asia, Latin America and Africa.
Gustavo Graduated in Agricultural Engineering and Animal Sciences and received his MBA in 1990 from the C.E.M.A Institute.
He is Married and has 2 children.

Brandon graduated from Iowa State in May 1998, major in Finance, with a minor in Economics. He also studied International Business and Political Science at Cambridge University in England on a study abroad program during college. His first job out of school was at ConAgra where he traded natural gas. He then went on to work for Land O Lakes, Bay State Milling and The Scoular Company before joining J.D. Heiskell & Co. Brandon’s trading background includes feed ingredients such as DDGS, wheat midds, and micro ingredients. His geographic focus is on both domestic and international markets. Brandon and his wife Natalie have lived in Minneapolis for 6 years and have one child.
