Randy received a BS degree in business administration from Kearney State College at Kearney, Nebraska. He worked with the Peavey Grain Company as a grain accountant and grain trader, and with Scoular Grain, where he merchandised feed grains and managed the feed grain trading department. In 2000, Randy opened J.D. Heiskell’s Elkhorn, Nebraska office.

After receiving a BS degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Nebraska, Clark was a grain merchandiser with Archer Daniels Midland. Later he moved to their Nebraska facility as Senior Grain Merchant, where he was responsible for the trading and arbitrage of products to domestic and export destinations. He joined J.D. Heiskell in 2001 and was named Vice President in 2005.

A native of Springfield, Nebraska and a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Lincoln with a BS degree in Agriculture, Dan joined J.D. Heiskell in 2005 as a Commodity Merchandiser. He is responsible for developing feed commodity business with dairies in Northeastern Colorado and also merchandises a variety of feed commodities into Nebraska, Kansas, and surrounding states.
Before joining J.D. Heiskell, Dan served as Assistant Manager for a Farm Cooperative in Akron, Iowa for five years, where his duties included grain merchandising and managing the feed mill. Dan brings more than 11 years of merchandising experience to J.D. Heiskell and has traded a variety of feed commodities during his career. His ability to source and deliver a wide array of products allows his customers the convenience of having one supplier to provide all of their commodity needs. Dan’s focus is to be the preferred supplier to his customers, by providing a level of service and value that is second to none.

Corn Merchandiser
Rob grew up in southeast Minnesota and graduated from the University of Minnesota with a BS degree in Animal Science. He began his career in the grain industry in 1997 as a merchandiser with Continental Grain at later worked for Pattison Bros and LaSalle Farmers Grain Co. before joining J.D. Heiskell in 2006. Rob lives in the Elkhorn area with his wife Amy and their two daughters.

Commodity Merchandiser
Adam grew up in Walnut, Iowa, on his family's farm. He graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Ag Business before embarking on a career with ADM as a grain elevator manager. In 2007, Adam started trading DDG for J.D. Heiskell & Co. based out of our Elkhorn, NE., office. He lives in Elkhorn with his wife, Nikky, and their two children, Ella and Isaac.

Commodity Merchandiser
Scott came to J.D. Heiskell & Co. in 2008 to develop a commodity export program to Mexico which will include DDG, soybean meal, soybean hull pellets, canola meal, and cottonseed meal. In addition to the export business, he trades domestic cottonseed meal as well. Formerly with ConAgra Foods, Scott brings 10 years of industry experience with him. A native of Harvard, NE., he is a graduate of the University of Nebraska with a degree in Ag Business. He currently resides in Ashland, NE., with his wife, Brooke, and two children.
