Raised in Chehalis, Washington, where his family ran a 150-cow dairy farm, Dean has a BS degree in Ag Business and a passion for helping farmers achieve more success. Married, with six children, he is Vice President of the Magic Valley Dairy Heifer Program and an official dairy judge for Washington and Idaho.

Jason graduated from Brigham Young University in 1996 with a B.S. in Animal Science. He then completed his M.B.A. at Utah State University. Since that time he has worked for Purina Mills and LOL Purina Feed as a Dairy Consultant with an almost 2 year interlude in 2001 for J.D. Heiskell in California as the Sales Manager for the San Joaquin Valley. Jason joined with J.D. Heiskell again in 2009 as part of the Idaho division acquisition of LOL and is glad to be back in the fold. He focuses on using his business training to improve profitability on the dairies through sound dairy nutrition and management practices. He enjoys packing into remote wilderness areas, waterskiing, just about any sport, and spending time with his wife Heidi and four children.
