Ben graduated from the University of Illinois and received an MBA from Eastern New Mexico University. He has help build the Portales operation from a flaking mill to a multiple commodity facility. Married to Stella, a teacher, they have a young daughter and son.

Vance has traded in feed commodities for over 21 years. He graduated from Eastern New Mexico University in 1984 with a BBA in Agricultural Business and Business Administration. Originally from Portales, his background is in farming and ranching. He currently resides in Clovis, NM with his wife Kim, son Orrin and daughter Rebecca.
