A native of Ashland, NE, and a University of Nebraska Lincoln grad, Aaron began his professional career as a grain merchandiser with Frontier Cooperative. After moving through the management ranks there, he moved to Arizona Grain in 2006 as a Commodity Division Manager. He now joins J.D. Heiskell & Co. bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Shayleen joined the J.D. Heiskell & Co. team in 2004. She received a BS degree in business administration from University of Nevada Reno. She also received an Masters in business administration from Northwest Nazarene University. She currently oversees all of the accounting functions in our Northwest and Southwest locations.
