Victor graduated from Eastern New Mexico University with a degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing before he embarked on a career in the feed industry that has spanned the last 43 years. Fortunately he is spending the latter days of that career in Portales, New Mexico, in our plant as our Manager of Southwest Operations. He is married to wife, Nancy, and has two sons, Randy and Mike. When Victor isn't enjoying his grandchildren, you can find him collecting recorded music, or antique motorcycles.

A native of New Mexico, Eldon has lived there most, but not all, of his life. He settled there years ago with his wife Lisa and their two daughters, Kendra and Kelli. For the past 30 years his professional life has been tied to the feed industry in one way or another. He farmed, ranched, and was a partner in a trucking company. Those trucks hauled bi-product from the Portales facility he is working in currently. Eldon is now the Plant Manager of that facility in Portales, New Mexico. He enjoys boating and water skiing with his family, a good round of golf, and trying to live a Christian life.
